Position Title of Immediate Supervisor: Campus and Property Manager
- Prime function/purpose of the position
The. Position of Cleaner is responsible for carrying out all cleaning duties at workplaces as assigned by their Immediate Supervisor.
- Operational Responsibilities
- Opens offices including convenience facilities every morning
- Open Conference rooms and Boardroom when required.
- Carry out cleaning duties i.e. sweeping, mopping, clearing dustbins and dusting in 1 and 2 above.
- Cleaning of common rooms i.e. wiping of tables, sweeping, and mopping.
- Carry out sweeping, mopping, wiping of surfaces and louvers. Clearing of rubbish.
- Set up of Conference and Boardrooms in preparation for meetings when required.
- Check Conference and Boardrooms during meeting breaks for cleaning or purposes of restocking e.g. water jugs, cups.
- Outside of normal duties the position holder is also required to attend to meetings, conferences, and end of the year booking events that are or maybe held in the weekends. The position holder must ensure that the highest hygiene standards are maintained throughout the duration of these events.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Qualifications/requirements
- Secondary Level education
- Certificate, Courses attended in Cleaning and Housekeeping (is an added advantage)
- Regular communication level proficiency in the English language
- Must submit a Letter of Application inclusive of an updated Curriculum Vitae
- Must provide a written example of a proven sample of work done in a previous assignment.
- Must provide contacts of two Referees
- Must be Medically cleared
- Must produce a non-adverse Police Report
