Application Check List:
Attach the following with this application via email or drop it at the ICIK office
during working hours.
– Certified copy of birth certificate
– Relevant transcripts and certificates
– 2 Reference letters – Professional and Religious reference letters
– Letters of support by your Church/School/sponsor etc for sponsored students
– Valid Photo ID

Please Note:

1. Required documents are to be attached to the registration form (see above
   list).
2. 50% of tuition costs is due on the second week of the course, and the
   remaining 50% must be cleared for graduation.
3. Withdrawal deadline with refund is to be in writing prior to the commencement
   of the course.
4. If the course does not meet the minimum required number of students (20),
   then the course may be cancelled or postponed.
5. 15% of the total fee for each of certificate and diploma course is charged for
   administration purposes for international students – processing, registration,
   etc.
6. Direct payment to the Institutes bank account is the preferred method of
   payment and bank details will be provided on the invoice
7. Cash Payment must be made at the PCU Finance Office.
