Churches intending to send full-time residential students must begin preparations well in advance.Priority is given to students sponsored by participating churches, but qualified applicants from non-participating churches may also apply.

Submit By Deadline

Ensure completed applications and all documents arrive in Suva before 15 October of the year prior to intended admission.

Admission results will be communicated to applicants and sponsors by the end of November.

Payment of Fees

50% of fees must be paid by January 31, and the remaining 50% by June 30. Students with unpaid fees will be:. Suspended from classes after February or July. Terminated from studies if fees remain unpaid by March 31 or August 31. No re-admission, graduation, or transcript release will occur until all arrears are cleared.

Requirements

Graduate Diploma Requirements:

– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement

– If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.

– All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.

– Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case by case basis by the Academic Director. Consideration will be given to those with appropriate and evidenced previous academic history, prior work experience and life skills experience.
