Dr. Eci Nasele Director of Higher Education Commission Fiji serving as the esteemed chief guest, delivered a heartfelt and inspiring address at the graduation ceremony for the 41 2025 cohort Toloa’s at Pasifika Communities University. His words resonated deeply with the graduates, and the wider community. The graduation began with devotion at the Chapel with many of the community members present.

He began by acknowledging the profound commitment each student had made to embark on a transformative two-week journey of learning, unlearning, and unpacking.

Dr. Nasele emphasized that the world is grappling with complex and urgent challenges—from social inequality and climate change to cultural erosion and mental health crises. He expressed hope that the knowledge, insights, and experiences gained during the program would serve as powerful tools for the graduates as they return to their communities—not just as learners, but as changemakers.
