Introducing Toloa (participant) uncle Grant Sarrra who is a respected First Nations elder and Cultural Advisor with Tetra Tech Reconciliation. With roots in the Gooreng community of Australia and connections to Italy, Grant brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Indigenous history, lore, culture, customs, values, and kinship systems.
Grant is dedicated to engaging with local communities, listening and learning from their stories, and identifying the shared values and commonalities between Pasifika peoples and Australia’s First Peoples. His approach emphasizes cultural understanding and reconciliation, making him a valuable contributor to cross-cultural dialogue and development initiatives.
