Please meet and welcome our first Taumoana (Chancellor) of the Pasifika Communities University (PCU), the master navigator, the one who leads the journey. Rev Elder Dr Leatulagi Faalevao was unanimously elected as Taumoana in the recent meeting of the Council held in Kanana Fou, American Samoa. He will be the Chair of the Va’atele (Council), the great voyaging canoe of the University. Dr Faalevao has been the chair of the Council and Executive of PTC for over 15 years.
