The Manu Folau of Pasifika Communities University Rev Dr Professor Upolu Vaai hosted the Chairman of Higher Education Commission Fiji Steve Chand along with his Director Dr Eci Naisele and Epi Rawalai, Communications officer at the JMMC complex for dinner last Thursday evening. The Fijian Ethnic community accorded him them a welcoming ceremony and the evening was spent in talanoa and good conversations amongst the heads of both institutions and also exchanged gifts as part of good relationship gesture.
