In Loving Memory of Radini Lisa Meo (1940–2025)

We remember with deep gratitude the life and witness of the late Radini Lisa Meo, who passed on July 21st, 2025. A tireless advocate for women in church and society, she served the Pacific Theological College and Pasifika communities for over 20 years. She was a founding member of the WEAVERS Advocacy Network and a strong voice for women’s leadership.

Her own background was impressive amongst many high achievements, the late Radini holds postgraduate qualifications including Masters in both Christian Education and Theology. She travelled to villages, listening to stories, and she began to see the way in which church structure and teaching colluded with traditional mores to exclude women from power.

We give thanks for her wisdom, faith, and courage, and extend our love and prayers to Rev. Dr. Jovili Meo and family. May she rest in God’s eternal peace.
